Prozessauftakt/Ouverture du procès/Start of trial

Liebe Freund*Innen, liebe Genoss*Innen, morgen beginnt unter hohen Sicherheitsvorkehrungen der Prozess gegen unseren Freund und Genossen Adel. Ihm wird vorgeworfen sich am Rande einer Demonstration gegen die Corona-Maßnahmen an einer körperlichen Auseinandersetzung mit rechten Demoteilnehmer*Innen beteiligt zu haben. Er wurde daraufhin unter fragwürdigen Umständen festgenommen und im Laufe dessen von der Berliner Polizei mehrfach rassistisch beleidigt und erniedrigt. Adel wurde nach zweiwöchiger unberechtigter Untersuchungshaft unter strengen Auflagen; darunter einer dreimaligen Meldepflicht und Hinterlegung einer hohen Geldsumme als Sicherheit haftverschont. Ihm droht eine mehrjährige Haftstrafe. Wir sehen in dieser Intervention, nur den weiteren Versuch konsequenten und notwendigen Antifaschismus zu kriminalisieren! Wir lassen Adel nicht alleine und denken an alle von Repression betroffenen Antifaschist*Innen.

Chers amis*, chers camarades*, demain s’ouvre, sous haute sécurité, le procès de notre ami et camarade Adel. Il est accusé d’avoir participé à une altercation physique avec des manifestants de droite en marge d’une manifestation contre les mesures Corona. Il a ensuite été arrêté dans des circonstances douteuses et a subi plusieurs insultes racistes et humiliations de la part de la police berlinoise. Après deux semaines de détention préventive injustifiée, Adel a été libéré sous des conditions strictes, dont l’obligation de se présenter à trois reprises et le dépôt d’une somme d’argent importante à titre de garantie. Il risque une peine de prison de plusieurs années. Nous ne voyons dans cette intervention qu’une nouvelle tentative de criminaliser un antifascisme cohérent et nécessaire ! Nous ne laissons pas Adel seul et pensons à tous les antifascistes* touchés par la répression.
Retirer l’espace aux casseurs* nazis, où qu’ils soient, et faire sortir les flics racistes de leur cachette !

Dear friends, dear comrades, tomorrow the trial of our friend and comrade Adel will begin under high security measures. He is accused of having taken part in a physical confrontation with right-wing demonstrators on the fringes of a demonstration against the Corona measures. He was then arrested under questionable circumstances and in the course of this was repeatedly racially insulted and humiliated by the Berlin police. REASON 1

KILLED BY A NAZI MOB IN FRONT OF THE POLICE
The first case to which we wish to draw attention concerns the young Angolan Amadeu Antonio. On the evening of 24
November 1990, the police learned that neo-Nazis had attacked the “Hüttengasthaus” restaurant. The police simply recommended to the owner of the restaurant to close the establishment.
The restaurant owner took the recommended decision and closed the establishment.
Amadeu Antonio and his companions
left the restaurant and headed in the same direction from which the armed group and incited neo-Nazi mob arrived. When
Amadeu Antonio and his companions found themselves in the street met with the Nazis, the crowd shouted “the Negros”. The scene was observed by three armed plainclothes officers who, out of fear, did not intervene. Amadeu Antonio and his companions were separated. His companion was able to run away, wounded, but ten neo-Nazis stayed on Amadeu. They beat and trampled him until he lost consciousness and his life was taken away.
The armed police force watched helplessly. They witnessed the scene, but could have intervened to save Amadeu Antonio’s life.

REASON 2

DRUNKEN POLICEMAN KILLS WOMAN
In January 2018, a Berlin police officer caused the death of a 21-year-old woman.
During the intervention, the man was drunk in his patrol car and had a blood alcohol level of 1.1 per thousand, according to hospital data. The police were unable to identify the perpetrator. Due to the widespread “esprit de corps” in the police, the investigators in place prevented further investigations that would have incriminated their colleague. Are police officers subject to other laws?

REASON 3

TWO POLICE OFFICERS CONVICTED OF SEXUAL ABUSE
In September 2019,
two police officers abused a woman after a check at her home.
In doing so, the officers knowingly used the woman’s position of duress. The officers checked the person and her
partner at the time. In order to clarify her identity, they went with her to the flat. The police officers put a lot of pressure on the person and left her with the idea that she should be taken into custody. To avoid the so-called incarceration, the person had to consent to the sexual act.
This is rape!

REASON 4

FATHER CONVICTED BY POLICE AND SHOT
A 31-year-old Egyptian woman was murdered on July 1, 2009 in the Dresden court by a fascist with a knife. The perpetrator, a 28-year-old man at the time,
German from Russia, had killed her for racist reasons. He showed hatred towards Muslims. He was not checked. Why was he not checked? The victim’s husband was injured while trying to help her.
He was identified by a police officer as the alleged perpetrator and was shot. He survived with serious injuries. Racial profiling!?

REASON 5

ANOTHER PERSON DIES IN POLICE CUSTODY
In the early hours of the first of November
Giorgos Zantiótis died after an extremely brutal intervention by the police. According to the police, they found a “very aggressive” man and his sister. In a video currently making the rounds, it can be seen how violent the police were with him, punching and kicking him. He was able to be “restrained” and taken into custody. There he suffered a circulatory collapse and all attempts at resuscitation by the emergency doctors called to the scene were in vain. In our view, there is clearly more blood in the hands of the police.

RAISON 1

TUÉ PAR UNE FOULE NAZIE SOUS LES YEUX DE LA POLICE
Le premier cas sur lequel nous souhaitons attirer l’attention, concerne le jeune Angolais Amadeu Antonio. Le soir du 24 novembre 1990, la police a eu connaissance de police a appris que des néo-nazis avaient attaqué le restaurant “Hüttengasthaus” (auberge). Elle a simplement recommandé au patron du restaurant de fermer l’établissement.
Le restaurateur a pris la décision recommandation et a fermé l’établissement.
Amadeu Antonio et ses compagnons
ont quitté le restaurant et sont partis dans la même direction d’où est parti le groupe armé et foule néonazi incitée est arrivée. Lorsque
Amadeu Antonio et ses compagnons se sont retrouvés dans la rue ont rencontré les nazis, la foule a crié “les Negros”. La scène a été observée par trois agents en civil armés qui, par crainte ne sont pas intervenus. Amadeu Antonio et ses compagnons ont été sépare. Son accompagnateurs a pu s’enfuir, blessé, mais dix néonazis sont restés sur Amadeu. Ils l’ont frappé et piétiné jusqu’à ce qu’il perde connaissance sa vie lui a été retirée.
Les forces de police armées ont assisté impuissantes. Ils ont assisté à la scène, mais auraient pu intervenir pour sauver la vie d’Amadeu Antonio.

RAISON 2

UN POLICIER IVRE TUE UNE FEMME
En janvier 2018, un policier berlinois a causé la mort d’une jeune femme de 21 ans.
Lors de l’intervention, l’homme était ivre dans sa voiture de patrouille et avait un taux d’alcoolémie de 1,1 pour mille, selon les données de l’hôpital. La police n’a pas réussi à identifier l’auteur de l’agression. de prélever le taux d’alcoolémie de son collègue, coupable à nos yeux. Les enquêteurs en place ont empêché, en raison de “l’esprit de corps” très répandu dans la police, d’autres investigations qui auraient dû incriminer leur collègue. Les policiers sont-ils soumis à d’autres lois?

RAISON 3

DEUX POLICIERS CONDAMNÉS POUR ABUS SEXUELS
En septembre 2019,
deux policiers abusé une femme après un contrôle à son domicile.
Ce faisant, les agents ont utilisé la situation de contrainte de la femme en toute connaissance de cause. Les policiers ont contrôlé la personne et son
partenaire de l’époque. Afin de clarifier son identité, ils se sont rendus avec elle à l’appartement. Les policiers ont exercé une forte pression sur la personne et l’ont laissée avec l’idée qu’elle devait être placée en détention. Pour éviter la prétendue incarcération, la personne a dû consentir à l’acte sexuel.
C’est un viol !

RAISON 4

LE PÈRE EST RECONNU COUPABLE PAR LA POLICE ET BLESSÉ PAR BALLE
Une Égyptienne de 31 ans a été assassinée le premier juillet 2009 au tribunal de Dresde à coups de couteau par un fasciste. L’auteur, un homme de 28 ans à l’époque,
Allemand de Russie, l’avait tuée pour des raisons racistes. Il a fait preuve de haine envers les musulmans. Il n’a pas été contrôlé. Pourquoi ? Le mari de la victime a été blessé en de la venir en aide.
Il a été identifié par un policier comme étant l’auteur présumé du crime et a été abattu. Il a survécu, grièvement blessé. Le profilage racial!?

RAISON 5

UNE AUTRE PERSONNE DÉCÉDÉE EN GARDE À VUE
Au petit matin du premier novembre
Giorgos Zantiótis est décédé après une intervention extrêmement brutale de la police. Selon la police, ils ont trouvé un homme “très agressif” et sa sœur. Sur une vidéo qui fait actuellement le tour, on peut voir à quel point les policiers ont été violents avec lui, lui donnant des coups de poing et de pied. Il a pu être “maîtrisé” et emmené en garde à vue. Là, il a été victime d’un collapsus circulatoire et toutes les tentatives de réanimation par les médecins urgentistes appelés sur place sont restées vaines. A nos yeux, il y a clairement plus de sang dans les mains de la police.

ERSCHLAGEN VOM NAZI-MOB, WÄHREND DIE POLIZEI ZUSAH
Der erste Fall auf den wir noch einmal
aufmerksam machen möchten, handelt vom
jungen Angolaner Amadeu Antonio.
Am Abend des 24. November 1990 hatte die
Polizei Erkenntnisse darüber das Neonazis die
Gaststätte, Hüttengasthaus“ besuchen werden.
Sie empfahlen dem Wirt der Gaststätte lediglich
das Lokal zu schließen. Der Wirt nahm die
Empfehlung ernst und schloss die Lokalität.
Amadeu Antonio und seine Begleiter*innen.
verließen die Gaststätte und schlugen die selbe
Richtung ein aus der, der bewaffnete und
aufgestachelte Neonazi-Mob kam. Als
Amadeu Antonio und seine Begleiter*Innen
auf die Nazis trafen schrie der Mob „Da sind
die Neger“. Die Szenerie beobachteten drei
bewaffnete Zivilbeamt*Innen die aus Angst
nicht eingriffen. Amadeu Antonio und seine
Begleiter innen wurden getrennt. Seine
Begleitung konnte verletzt fliehen, doch
zehn Neonazis blieben an Amadeu dran. Sie
schlugen und traten ihn bewusstlos bis ihm
sein Leben genommen wurde. Die
bewaffneten Polizeikräfte schauten tatenlos
zu, hätten jedoch durch ein konsequentes
Eingreifen das Leben von Amadeu Antonio
retten können.

GRUND 2

BETRUNKENER POLIZIST FÄHRT FLINTA* PERSON TOT
Im Januar 2018 hat ein Berliner Polizist den Tod
einer 21-Jährigen verursacht.
Der Mann war bei dem Einsatz im Streifenwagen
betrunken und hatte laut Angaben des
Krankenhauses 1,1 Promille intus
Die Polizei hatte es versäumt direkt nach dem
Unfall den Blutalkoholwert von ihrem Kollegen und
in unseren Augen Täter, zu entnehmen. Die
eingesetzten ErmitlerInnen verhinderten durch
den, in der Polizei weit verbreiteten, Korpsgeist“
weitere Ermittlungen die ihren Kollegen hätten
belasten müssen. Gelten für Polizist Innen
andere Gesetze?

GRUND 3

ZWEI POLIZISTEN WEGEN SEXUELLEM MISSBRAUCHS VERURTEILT
Im September 2019 missbrauchten
zwei Polizisten eine FLINTA* Person nach einer
Kontrolle in ihrer Wohnung.
Dabei haben die Beamten die Zwangssituation
der Frau bewusst ausgenutzt.
Die Polizisten kontrollierten die Person und ihren
damaligen Partner. Zur Identitätsklärung fuhren die
beiden mit ihr zu der Wohnung. Die Polizisten
setzten die Person massiv unter Druck und ließen
sie mit dem Gedanken, sie müsse in Haft. Um die
vermeindliche Inhaftierung zu vermeiden musste
die Person dem Geschlechtsverkehr einwilligen.
Das ist Vergewaltigung!

GRUND 4

VATER WIRD VON POLIZISTEN ALS TÄTER GEHALTEN UND ANGESCHOSSEN
Eine 31-Jährige Ägypterin wurde am ersten Juli
2009 im Dresdener Landgericht mit
Messerstichen von einem Faschisten ermordet.
Der Täter, ein damals 28-Jähriger
Russlanddeutscher hatte sie aus rassistischen
Motiven im Gerichtssaal erstochen. Der Mann
hatte im Vorfeld dem Gericht gegenüber
gewalttätigen Hass auf. Muslime erkennen lassen.
Kontroliert wurde er nicht. Warum?
Der Ehemann der Ermordeten wurde beim
Versuch ihr zur Hilfe zu kommen von einem
Polizisten als vermeintlicher Täter identifiziert und
angeschossen. Er überlebte schwer
verletzt. Racial Profiling!?

GRUND 5

WEITERER MENSCH IN POLIZEIGEWAHRSAM GESTORBEN
Am frühen Morgen des ersten November
verstarb Giorgos Zantiótis nach einem äusserst
brutalen Polizeieinsatz. Laut Polizei fanden sie
einen „hoch aggressiven“ Mann und seine
Schwester vor. Auf einem Video welches derzeit
die Runde macht, erkennt man wie extrem
gewalttätig die Polizist*Innen mit ihm umgingen.
Schläge und Tritte musste Giorgos ertragen.
Er konnte überwältigt“ und in Polizeigewahrsam
gebracht werden. Dort erlitt er einen
Kreislaufzusammenbruch und jegliche Versuche
der Reanimation durch hinzugerufene Notärzte
blieben erfolglos. In unseren Augen eindeutig
mehr Blut in den Händen der Polizei.

Call to the antifascist rally

Dear friends, dear comrades, in exactly one week’s time, on 19.11.2021 at 9 am, the trial of our friend and comrade Adel will take place in the Tiergarten district court under tight security measures. We, the solidarity committee “Free Adel – Free all Antifascists”, call for a nationwide rally in front of the court building in Berlin-Moabit on that day from 8 am. On the one hand, we don’t want to see Nazis in front of the building and in the courtroom, on the other hand, the cops will surely provide a threatening backdrop to scare us. But we will not be discouraged and we will certainly not leave our comrade Adel alone! The so-called “victims” of the violent right-wing milieu and their supporters are expected, and we need a broad mass to stand united and in solidarity against them.
Adel was racially insulted and humiliated several times by the police during his arrest. The sadists continued in the detention centre. Undressed and exposed to the glare of the light, Adel also had to endure this ordeal. The arrest warrant against him was also based on a construction of lies. Civilian agents of the State Protection Police subjected Adel’s mother to massive psychological pressure in front of her private flat and twisted her words in her mouth, allowing them to extract the flimsy reason of “flight risk” from her. We condemn these inhumane practices in the strongest possible terms and demand a full clarification and statement from the Berlin police on these terrible but unfortunately not surprising acts, freely under the motto “State & Nazis, hand in hand”. However, it is also questionable whether this is not one and the same thing.
The fact that two of the main witnesses for the cops have announced that they will make themselves unrecognisable to the public shows how afraid they are of us and our mobilisation, and that their approach is anything but serious. If you have nothing to hide, you can show your face! We will watch you closely and look you in the eye! The competent court has issued a so-called security order, by which the legitimate and supportive accompaniment of the trial and the demonstrations that preceded it are criminalised and subjected to general suspicion. Why are Adel and all the other people being searched down to their shoes for weapons and dangerous objects, why do we need the personal data of the trial observers? All this is pure harassment, which we oppose with unconditional solidarity.
Therefore, we say, come to us all from 8 o’clock in the morning until
Wilsnackerstraße.4 in 10559 Berlin and show a clear front against fascism and repression! Because we are all Adel, Lina, Jo, Dy, Jan, Ella, Findus, Kevin, Kübel and all other antifascists affected by the repression!

Together with Adel’s lawyer we decided to give everyone the possibility to participate in the trial, but please remember that there are only 20 places available.

Due to the current infection situation, we ask you to respect the 3G regulations during the trial and the rally.

Chers amis, chers camarades, dans une semaine exactement, le 19.11.2021 à 9 heures, le procès de notre ami et camarade Adel aura lieu sous des mesures de sécurité renforcées au tribunal de district de Tiergarten. Nous, le comité de solidarité “Free Adel – Free all Antifascists”, appelons à un rassemblement national devant le bâtiment du tribunal à Berlin-Moabit ce jour-là à partir de 8 heures. D’une part, nous ne voulons pas voir des nazis devant le bâtiment et dans la salle d’audience, d’autre part, les flics fourniront sûrement une toile de fond menaçante pour nous effrayer. Mais nous ne nous découragerons pas pour autant et nous ne laisserons certainement pas notre camarade Adel seul ! Les supposées “victimes” du milieu violent de l’extrême droite et leurs partisans sont attendus, d’autant plus nous avons besoin d’une large masse qui se dresse unie et solidaire contre eux.
Adel a été insulté racialement et humilié à plusieurs reprises par les policiers lors de son arrestation. Les sadiques ont continué dans le centre de détention. Déshabillé et exposé à l’éblouissement de la lumière, Adel a également dû endurer ce calvaire. Le mandat d’arrêt contre lui était également basé sur une construction de mensonges. Des agents civils de la police de protection de l’État ont soumis la mère d’Adel à une pression psychologique massive devant son appartement privé et ont déformé ses paroles dans sa bouche, ce qui leur a permis de lui soutirer le motif peu convaincant de “risque de fuite”. Nous condamnons ces pratiques inhumaines dans les termes les plus forts possibles et exigeons une clarification complète et une déclaration de la police de Berlin sur ces actes terribles mais malheureusement pas surprenants, librement selon la devise “État & nazis, main dans la main”. Cependant, on peut aussi se demander s’il ne s’agit pas d’une seule et même chose.
Le fait que deux des principaux témoins des flics aient annoncé qu’ils se rendraient méconnaissables aux yeux du public montre à quel point ils ont peur de nous et de notre mobilisation, et que leur approche est tout sauf sérieuse. Si vous n’avez rien à cacher, vous pouvez montrer votre visage ! Nous vous surveillerons de près et vous regarderons dans les yeux ! Le tribunal compétent a émis une ordonnance dite de sécurité, par laquelle l’accompagnement légitime et solidaire du procès et les manifestations qui l’ont précédé sont criminalisés et soumis à une suspicion générale. Pourquoi Adel et toutes les autres personnes sont-elles fouillées jusqu’à leurs chaussures à la recherche d’armes et d’objets dangereux, pourquoi avons-nous besoin des données personnelles des observateurs du procès ? Tout ceci est du pur harcèlement, auquel nous nous opposons avec une solidarité inconditionnelle.
Par conséquent, nous disons, venez tous chez nous de 8 heures du matin jusqu’au
Wilsnackerstraße.4 à 10559 Berlin et montrez un front clair contre le fascisme et la répression ! Parce que nous sommes tous Adel, Lina, Jo, Dy, Jan, Ella, Findus, Kevin, Kübel et tous les autres antifascistes touchés par la répression !

Avec l’avocat d’Adel, nous avons décidé de donner à chacun la possibilité de participer au procès, mais n’oubliez pas qu’il n’y a que 20 places disponibles.

Aufruf zur antifaschistischen Kundgebung

Liebe Freund*Innen, liebe Genoss*Innen, in genau einer Woche am 19.11.2021 um 9 Uhr findet unter erhöhten Sicherheitsvorkehrungen der Prozess gegen unseren Freund und Genossen Adel vor dem Amtsgericht Tiergarten statt. Wir als Solidaritätskomitee “Free Adel – Free all Antifascists” rufen an diesem Tag ab 8 Uhr zur überregionalen Kundgebung vor dem Gerichtsgebäude in Berlin-Moabit auf. Zum einen möchten wir keine Nazis vor dem Gebäude und im Gerichtsaal sehen, zum anderen werden die Bullen sicherlich für eine Drohkulisse sorgen um uns abzuschrecken. Doch wir lassen uns davon nicht entmutigen und werden unseren Genossen Adel garantiert nicht alleine lassen! Es werden die vermeintlichen “Opfer” die dem gewaltbereiten rechtsradikalen Milieu zuzuordnen sind und deren Anhänger*Innen erwartet, umso mehr braucht es eine breite Masse die sich geschlossen und solidarisch gegen eben diese stellt.
Adel wurde von den Bullen im Zuge seiner Festnahme mehrfach rassistisch beleidigt und erniedrigt. In der Gefangenensammelstelle ging es weiter für diese Sadisten, unbekleidet und dem grellen Licht ausgesetzt, musste Adel auch diese Tortur über sich ergehen lassen. Auch basierte der Haftbefehl gegen ihn auf einem Lügenkonstrukt. Zivilbeamt*Innen des polizeilichen Staatsschutzes setzten Adels Mutter vor ihrer Privatwohnung unter massiven psychischen Druck und drehten ihr die Wörter im Mund um und konnten sich so den fadenscheinigen Haftgrund der “Fluchtgefahr” aus den Fingern saugen. Wir verurteilen diese unmenschlichen Praktiken auf das Schärfste und fordern eine lückenlose Aufklärung und eine Stellungnahme der Berliner Polizei zu diesen schrecklichen aber leider nicht überraschenden Taten, frei nach dem Motto “Staat & Nazis, Hand in Hand”. Man kann sich aber durchaus auch die Frage stellen, ob das nicht ein und dasselbe ist.
Die Tatsache dass zwei der Hauptbelastungszeugen der Bullen angekündigt haben, sich für die Öffentlichkeit unkenntlich zu machen, verdeutlicht nur mehr wieviel Angst sie vor uns und unserer Mobilisierung haben und ihr Vorgehen alles andere als seriös wirkt. Wer nichts zu verbergen hat, kann auch sein Gesicht zeigen! Wir werden euch ganz genau auf die Finger und in die Augen schauen! Das zuständige Gericht erließ eine sogenannte Sicherheitsverfügung, mit der die legitime solidarische Prozessbegleitung und der Protest im Vorfeld kriminalisiert und unter Generalverdacht gestellt werden soll. Warum werden Adel und alle anderen Menschen bis auf die Schuhe nach Waffen und gefährlichen Gegenständen durchsucht, wozu braucht man von Prozessbeobachter*Innen die Personalien? Alles reine Schikane, der wir uns mit bedingungsloser Solidarität entgegenstellen.
Daher sagen wir, kommt alle ab 8 Uhr in die
Wilsnackerstraße.4 in 10559 Berlin und zeigt klare Kante gegen Faschismus & Repression! Denn sind wir alle Adel, Lina, Jo, Dy, Jan, Ella, Findus,Kevin, Kübel und alle anderen von Repression betroffenen Antifaschist*Innen!

Wir haben gemeinsam mit Adels Anwältin entschieden, doch allen Menschen die Möglichkeit zu geben am Prozess teilzunehmen, aber denkt bitte dran dass nur 20 Plätze verfügbar sind.

Aufgrund des aktuellen Infektionsgeschehens bitten wir euch um die Einhaltung der 3G-Regelung während des Prozesses und der Kundgebung.

Dear friends, dear comrades, this weekend we received the news that the court in charge of the trial of our comrade Adel has issued what we consider to be a repressive and arbitrary security order.

Under these conditions, the planned solidarity observation of the trial cannot be carried out to its full extent. The reason for this order is surely the fear of class justice of the many people expected in solidarity who want to critically observe the trial and support Adel. Officially, they have “security concerns” about Adel’s presence, which is why, according to the order, Adel, as a defendant, will be searched for weapons and dangerous objects. However, this is only the beginning. We understand that due to the current pandemic situation, the number of seats in the auditorium is limited. Only 20 people are allowed to be present, and far from any reality, they will also be searched, (even shoes, no joke!), furthermore no bags, mobile phones etc. are allowed to enter the hall. People who show solidarity with anti-fascists like Adel are subject to general suspicion in advance and must be regulated and intimidated by this measure. The pinnacle of impudence ends with the fact that the court decided to make copies of the identity cards of all those present in order to be able to identify and punish possible “troublemakers” later on. We consider this to be not only questionable on data protection grounds, but also disproportionate. We therefore ask the court to refrain from this measure or to destroy the copies of the ID cards immediately after the trial BEFORE the persons concerned! The exact wording of the conditions will soon be available on our homepage.

We are now mobilising for the national rally in front of the criminal court in Moabit! Let’s show them that their measures cannot and will not intimidate us.
We will be there, you will see us, you will hear us! For consistent anti-fascism and the fight against their class justice!

We, as a Solidarity Committee, strongly condemn this injunction, at least in part, and demand a fairer treatment of people who show solidarity with Adel, because trial observers and antifascists are not a danger to the general public!

Let’s not leave Adel alone and come to the rally!

Chers amis, chers camarades, nous avons reçu la nouvelle ce week-end que le tribunal chargé du procès de notre camarade Adel a émis ce que nous considérons comme une ordonnance de sécurité répressive et arbitraire.

Dans ces conditions, l’observation solidaire prévue du procès ne peut être réalisée dans toute son ampleur. La raison de cet ordre est sûrement la crainte de la justice de classe des nombreuses personnes attendues en solidarité qui veulent assister de manière critique à ce procès et soutenir Adel. Officiellement, ils ont des “préoccupations de sécurité” concernant la présence d’Adel, c’est pourquoi, selon l’ordonnance, Adel, en tant que défendeur, sera fouillé pour rechercher des armes et des objets dangereux. Toutefois, ce n’est qu’un début. Nous comprenons qu’en raison de la situation actuelle de pandémie, le nombre de places dans l’auditorium est limité. Seules 20 personnes sont autorisées à être présentes, et loin de toute réalité, elles seront également fouillées, (même les chaussures, sans blague !), de plus, aucun sac, téléphone portable etc. n’est autorisé à entrer dans la salle. Les personnes qui manifestent leur solidarité avec des antifascistes comme Adel font l’objet d’une suspicion générale à l’avance et doivent être régentées et intimidées par cette mesure. Le sommet de l’impudence se termine par le fait que le tribunal a décidé de faire des copies des cartes d’identité de toutes les personnes présentes afin de pouvoir identifier et punir les éventuels “fauteurs de troubles” par la suite. Nous considérons que cela est non seulement discutable pour des raisons de protection des données, mais également disproportionné. Nous demandons donc au tribunal de s’abstenir de cette mesure ou de détruire les copies des cartes d’identité immédiatement après le procès AVANT les personnes concernées ! Nous nous mobilisons maintenant pour le rassemblement national qui aura lieu devant le tribunal pénal de Moabit ! Montrons-leur que leurs mesures ne peuvent et ne veulent pas nous intimider.
Nous serons là, vous nous verrez, vous nous entendrez ! Pour un antifascisme conséquent et la lutte contre leur justice de classe !

Nous, en tant que Comité de solidarité, condamnons fermement cette injonction, du moins en partie, et exigeons un traitement plus équitable des personnes qui manifestent leur solidarité avec Adel, car les observateurs de procès et les antifascistes ne représentent pas un danger pour le grand public !

Ne laissons pas Adel seul et venons au rassemblement !

Liebe Freund*innen, liebe Genoss*Innen, uns erreichte am Wochenende die Nachricht, dass das zuständige Gericht im Prozess gegen unseren Genossen Adel, eine in unseren Augen repressive und willkürliche Sicherheitsverfügung erlassen hat.

Die geplante solidarische Prozessbeobachtung kann unter diesen Umständen nicht im vollen Umfang durchgeführt werden. Der Grund der Verfügung ist sicherlich die Angst der Klassenjustiz vor den zahlreich erwarteten solidarischen Menschen die diesem Prozess kritisch beiwohnen und Adel den Rücken stärken wollen. Offiziell haben sie “Sicherheitsbedenken” bezüglich Adels Anwesenheit, aus diesem Grund soll Adel als Angeklagter laut Beschluss nach Waffen und gefährlichen Gegenständen durchsucht werden. Das ist allerdings nur der Anfang. Wir können verstehen, dass auf Grund der aktuellen pandemischen Lage, die Sitzplätze im Zuhörer*Innenraum begrenzt sind. Es dürfen ausschließlich 20 Personen anwesend sein, und diese werden fernab jeglicher Realität ebenfalls durchsucht, (sogar die Schuhe, kein Witz!), darüber hinaus dürfen keine Taschen, Handys etc mit in den Saal genommen werden. Menschen die sich mit Antifaschist*Innen wie Adel solidarisieren, werden im vorhinein unter Generalverdacht gestellt und sollen durch diese Maßnahme reglementiert und eingeschüchtert werden. Der Gipfel der Frechheit endet darin, dass das Gericht beschlossen hat von allen anwesenden Menschen Kopien vom Ausweis zu machen, um potenzielle “Störer*Innen” im Nachgang identifizieren und bestrafen zu können. Wir halten dies nicht nur aus datenschutzrechtlichen Gründen für fragwürdig sondern auch für unverhältnismäßig. Deshalb fordern wir das Gericht auf, diese Maßnahme zu unterlassen oder die Ausweiskopien unmittelbar nach der Verhandlung VOR den betroffenen Menschen zu vernichten! Die genauen Auflagen im Wortlaut sind demnächst auf unserer Homepage zur Einsicht verfügbar.

Jetzt mobilisieren wir erst recht zur überregionalen Kundgebung die vor dem Gerichtsgebäude des Moabiter Kriminalgerichts stattfinden soll! Zeigen wir Ihnen dass uns ihre Maßnahmen nicht einschüchtern können und werden.
Wir werden da sein, ihr werdet uns sehen, ihr werdet uns hören! Für einen konsequenten Antifaschismus und dem Kampf gegen ihre Klassenjustiz!

Wir als Solidaritätskomitee, verurteilen diese Verfügung zumindest Teile davon aufs schärfste und fordern einen gerechteren Umgang mit den Menschen die sich mit Adel solidarisch erklären, denn Prozessbeobachter*Innen und Antifaschist*Innen sind keine Gefahr für die Allgemeinheit!

Lassen wir Adel nicht allein und kommt alle zur Kundgebung!

Solidarität muss praktisch werden
