Dear friends, dear comrades, in exactly one week’s time, on 19.11.2021 at 9 am, the trial of our friend and comrade Adel will take place in the Tiergarten district court under tight security measures. We, the solidarity committee “Free Adel – Free all Antifascists”, call for a nationwide rally in front of the court building in Berlin-Moabit on that day from 8 am. On the one hand, we don’t want to see Nazis in front of the building and in the courtroom, on the other hand, the cops will surely provide a threatening backdrop to scare us. But we will not be discouraged and we will certainly not leave our comrade Adel alone! The so-called “victims” of the violent right-wing milieu and their supporters are expected, and we need a broad mass to stand united and in solidarity against them.
Adel was racially insulted and humiliated several times by the police during his arrest. The sadists continued in the detention centre. Undressed and exposed to the glare of the light, Adel also had to endure this ordeal. The arrest warrant against him was also based on a construction of lies. Civilian agents of the State Protection Police subjected Adel’s mother to massive psychological pressure in front of her private flat and twisted her words in her mouth, allowing them to extract the flimsy reason of “flight risk” from her. We condemn these inhumane practices in the strongest possible terms and demand a full clarification and statement from the Berlin police on these terrible but unfortunately not surprising acts, freely under the motto “State & Nazis, hand in hand”. However, it is also questionable whether this is not one and the same thing.
The fact that two of the main witnesses for the cops have announced that they will make themselves unrecognisable to the public shows how afraid they are of us and our mobilisation, and that their approach is anything but serious. If you have nothing to hide, you can show your face! We will watch you closely and look you in the eye! The competent court has issued a so-called security order, by which the legitimate and supportive accompaniment of the trial and the demonstrations that preceded it are criminalised and subjected to general suspicion. Why are Adel and all the other people being searched down to their shoes for weapons and dangerous objects, why do we need the personal data of the trial observers? All this is pure harassment, which we oppose with unconditional solidarity.
Therefore, we say, come to us all from 8 o’clock in the morning until
Wilsnackerstraße.4 in 10559 Berlin and show a clear front against fascism and repression! Because we are all Adel, Lina, Jo, Dy, Jan, Ella, Findus, Kevin, Kübel and all other antifascists affected by the repression!

Together with Adel’s lawyer we decided to give everyone the possibility to participate in the trial, but please remember that there are only 20 places available.
